Consent is the foundation, not a checkbox.
Voice cloning and likeness capture require explicit, recorded authorization — from the living person where possible, or from verified estate / family administrators afterward.
The AI does not invent.
Responses are grounded only in uploaded memories, interviews, and documents. When confidence is low, the AI will say so, gently.
Some questions are not for the AI to answer.
We refuse medical, legal, financial, and spiritual certainty. Restricted topics are honored. Private family matters can be sealed.
Access belongs to the family.
Every interaction is logged. Permissions are granular. You can export or delete the entire profile at any time, with no retention.
The disclosure is permanent.
Every generated video carries metadata and a visible AI disclosure. We do not offer a way to remove it.
